We regularly use this establishment for our large group gatherings and monthly meetings. The venue layout is exceptionally versatile, offering plenty of space across multiple levels to accommodate our crowd dynamic safely and comfortably.

The staff are always welcoming, accommodating our setup requirements smoothly and checking in regularly to ensure everyone has a fresh drink.

Where to book an event like this today

This event was hosted at Firkin on Bay Street, which has since closed permanently after the building it occupied was redeveloped. The same team now runs three pubs across the Greater Toronto Area, and hosting a large group on a regular monthly schedule is very much still something we do.

Recurring gatherings of this size are best anchored at The Goose and Firkin, 1875 Leslie Street, North York. It is the largest of the three at 273 full capacity, seats 130 for a meal and adds 107 patio seats. The Drake and Firkin at 6982 Financial Drive, Mississauga takes 210, and free on-site parking makes a monthly booking easy on everyone.

Also worth considering: The FlatIron and Firkin, 49 Wellington Street East in the historic Gooderham Building, the most intimate of the three, for downtown meetings of up to 91.
