Brought our corporate office team here for an early evening holiday gathering. The atmosphere was incredibly energetic and festive.

The waitstaff did a spectacular job keeping the drink service moving quickly and ensuring our prearranged party platters arrived perfectly fresh. A fantastic venue for team outings.

Where to book an event like this today

This event was hosted at Firkin on Bay Street, which has since closed permanently after the building it occupied was redeveloped. The same team now runs three pubs across the Greater Toronto Area, and hosting a festive after-work gathering for an office team is very much still something we do.

For a downtown holiday social, The FlatIron and Firkin at 49 Wellington Street East is the natural successor. It sits in the historic Gooderham Building and handles up to 91 guests, which covers most office departments.

If your headcount runs higher, The Goose and Firkin at 1875 Leslie Street in North York is the largest of the three at 273 full capacity and a strong option for after-work gatherings. West-end teams often choose The Drake and Firkin at 6982 Financial Drive in Mississauga, which takes 210 with free parking on site.
