We rolled into Drake a Firkin Pub today with a large work party, which is generally the point where a server quietly considers changing careers. Enter Lacey.

She handled our entire chaotic bunch with the confidence, humour, wit, and charm of someone who has clearly achieved a level of customer service that the rest of us can only aspire to. Her timing was impeccable, her banter was elite, and somehow she managed to make a large group feel genuinely looked after.

She was attentive without hovering, hilarious without trying too hard, and just genuinely wonderful. You could tell she cared about making sure everyone had a great experience and I'd say she absolutely nailed it.

Drake a Firkin Pub: Jaime, Lacey and the rest of your staff, THANK YOU. Great food, great atmosphere, and good vibes. Would happily bring our entire work circus back again.
